Origin:

The Californian half Walnut is light, large and very pleasing to the eye, particularly suitable for decoration.

The French Walnut, like the quartered Sorrento, has an intense flavour but is slightly dark and small, making it more suitable for doughs.

PASTA using only Sorrento walnuts.

PASTA using only Pecan walnuts.

Storage instructions: it is a very delicate product, more so than hazelnuts. We recommend that the product is consumed within about 6 months to avoid any deterioration of the flavour.
